Hi Matt, if you have previous versions of KeySoft on CF, then go ahead and use them for storing other groovy stuff if you want. The 6.1/6.11 cards are formatted in a particular way, specifically in FAT rather than FAT32, and this is required for the boot loader software to work. So if you have a 6.11 card, it would be advisable to leave that one alone in case you need it to install future upgrades.
