Call Tech Support at 925-680-7100 and see if they can help.  If they are
unable to,and tell you that you need to send the unit in for repair,  call
1-800-722-3393, press 5 and talk to whoever answers the phone.  Explain that
you need to send your unit in for repair.  They will give you an RMA.  I
don't remember what the initials stand for, but write the number down.  PUt
it n the inside and outside of the box when you send it in.
