Hi Mari,

Wow girl! You save me so much trouble because your emails are almost exactly
what I plan to write, but you always beat me to it! *smile*

OK, just a comment. I have had this happen to me a few times as well, and lo
and behold, the files are always in the keysoft disk. However, finding them is
tricky because they tend to be comprised of various characters and numbers,
nothing that can be interpreted, and there usually, depending on the last time
you have cleared temp files, exist at least 3 or 4 subdirectories with at least
7 or 8 files in each. So good luck finning it! *smile* It is often just better
to return to the webpage and attempt downloading again, and then go search in
the ks disk.

For future reference to anyone who has this problem happen to them, from the
main menu hit f for the file manager, followed by d for the directory option.
Select the keysoft disk, and press space with t (control with t) to enter the
directory path option. Type in /windows/profiles/temporary internet files
using dots 3,4 for the slash sign. From there you can chose any of the
subdirectories and start your searching! HTH, Laura
