Hi Robert, It didn't work because you must not be in the folder, but only in the list of folders with your curser on the particular one you want to have the information of. The only way you are able to obtain that info from inside the folder itself, is by going into the email action menu, choose to mark all email and then hear how many are marked. Then you probably would have to unmark them again before you forward or delete something in that folder, otherwise you may end up with desasterous consequences.
