Dear Lisa,
Like so many things in the computer world, there aare many ways to do what you
want. One way is to open a new e-mail in Keymail. Then cut and paste the
contents of the Keyword files into the new e-mail. And finally, use the Block
Menu to mark the entire e-mail, and then change grade to computer Braille.
Now, you can send the e-mail. It is in a format that everyone can read.

Another way to go about this is to create a printer friendly Braille file, and
a printer friendly rich text format rtf file. Then attach these files to an
e-mail and send it. THIS is my preferred method, exept for the rare case in
which my recipient really does not want attachments.

Sincerely,
Jerry Weinger

>Hi Listers,
>Okay I posted about this before the holidays which probably was not the

>work to the messages. I know how to insert files into emails. If people
>choose not to print or emboss the emails they can just give me feedback in the

>here. These are the Braille riddles I have been working on. I know a couple

>Please let me know what the best way is to go about this task please and thank

>Thanks for the help with the printing issue. I didn't get a chance to print

>Thanks!
