My daughter was reading an article about flash cards as they pertain to
using them in cameras. She told me you can actually run over one with a
truck and it won't damage it.
I heard the number of writes is large, but don't remember the number.

I've been using my cards for over a year now and they are still going
strong. I always take them out before shutting down my BN and place them
back in just after starting it back up again. The only difference I have
noticed is that the card is not as hard to push in, or take out. I don't
know about any other effects that may happen.
