Thanks.  I suspect that it is as you say the margins and stuff aren't lined 
up perfect, though the way I have it sets works beautifully for my purposes 
so don't want to mess with it, smile.

I have it sent for 25 lines per page, 31 width, offset of 1 which allows for 
a hole punch, and it is working really nice.

Much depends on margin settings and where you have them set on the BN
compared to the Blazer.  If all are set much the same way, you should get
an accurate page count.  Make certain your cursor is right at the end of
your document before typing dots 1 5 6 with spacebar on a BT and don't know
the QT equivalent.  What you hear at that point should be exactly where the
document would end if you had embossed it!  If you want me to send you how
I set up a BN with a Blazer, I'll be happy to Email you privately with that
information.
