Milton,

You can edit your password in the relevant record from the directory of
services file/folder which is the first option from within the keymail
setup menu.

To do this, choose to look up a service, space down through the fields
till you reach the relevant password entry and press backspace with c to
change the field. You cannot check whether the password which is there
is the correct one, because it's only represented by five stars; so you
must make sure that what you enter is correct. Overwrite the previous
password and press enter. You will be put on the next entry field, but
if you don't want to change anything else, just press space with e to
exit. You'll be prompted to confirm changes and hopefully your problem
would be solved.

Regards
Riana

Subject: [Braillenote] Error connecting to POP server

I just got my BrailleNote back from servicing in Concord, CA.

I must say that they did a great job but now I'm having a problem
connecting to my e-mail account/pop server. I'm getting "error
Authentication failed, (bad password)."

Before sending the unit for servicing everything was working fine.

I can log on to the Internet using the Internet browser with no
problems.

I'm almost certain that my ISP has not changed any setting on their
end and all the setting in the e-mail setup on the BrailleNote is
correct.

Any suggestions or help--Please!

Thanks.
