Hi Rose, I believe my contract expires the end of December and my reminder and notice came today. Maybe this will give you an idea as to when you can expect yours. My envelope contained print and braille copies of everything except for the actual renewal form itself.
I'd think that if you are using a bn for your work that you might be able to justify one call for renewing the contract. Just a thought.
