Surround the link with block markers, and select the option in the Block Commands Menu to copy the marked text to the clipboard. Then, switch to the browser with [ENTER with BACKSPACE with I], [FUNCTION with 0], and if you're not presented with the Address Bar, hit [ENTER with O], [CONTROL with O] to get there. At the Address Bar, press [BACKSPACE with V], [CONTROL with V] to paste in the link, and hit ENTER to load the page.
Umm, not sure what e-mail address it is that you want to paste into KeyList, but if the address is part of the document, follow the procedure above, except that you'll switch to KeyList with [ENTER with BACKSPACE with A], [FUNCTION with 7], navigate to the record and the appropriate e-mail address field, press [BACKSPACE with dots 1-4], [CONTROL with K] if necessary to allow for modification, clear the field if necessary with [SPACE with dots 3-5-6], [CONTROL with BACKSPACE], paste in the e-mail address, and press [SPACE with dots 2-6], [CONTROL with ENTER] to adopt changes. If, on the other hand, the e-mail address if in the "From" header, navigate to this header, and press [BACKSPACE with K], [CONTROL with C] to copy it to the clipboard. BTW, you can only use this command on one field at a time because it will overwrite everything in the clipboard with the field being copied. Anyway, you only have one field to copy, so after you've copied it, switch to KeyList, and navigate to the appropriate record and e-mail address field. If you need to, execute the commands stated above to modify and clear the field, and paste in the contents of the clipboard. If the "From" field contained a name, you'll have to press [SPACE with dots 1-3], [FUNCTION with LEFT ARROW] to move to the beginning, and delete the name from there using the standard delete ends. When you're satisfied with the field, adopt the changes as stated above.
