If you are writing in braille, you can use the Spanish braille symbols.
Someone else will have to tell you what to put in frunt of the accent to
translate it.
I mean accent i is st so you will habe to tell the computer you are not
writing an st sign.

Oh gosh, well you'll have to create codes for them. I don't know how, sorry.

You could always transfer the docs to a PC, put in the letters and then see 
if they show up.
