Stacey, I installed both the 6.1 and the 6.11 without calling tech
support. You get Braille instructions, and it's not hard at all.

I received my 6.11 yesterday, and called tech support immediately to
have someone walk me through the installation. Then I tried it out, and
I found that my voicenote worked a lot smoother and faster.
Peggy, even the dial up network is a lot faster.
