My local phone company tried to convert all of us to MSN. It turned out that MSN didn't have enough of the right stuff for business clients so the local company kept qwest.net which I have. When I first applied to get Email services from qwest, they sent me software for MSN and I wasn't interested at all since software was required. I'd check earthlink which has worked well for many Braille Note users even though there may be changes at Earthlink. One might fhind other ISPS which would work fine with the BN. Until someone proves it to me otherwise, I wouldn't recommend MSN for Email with a BN. I'd contact other users who might have more knowledge than myself when it comes to MSN. I don't recommend them at this time!

I don't have a Braille Note of any sort yet, but I do know MSN doesn't
really have a specific software you need, but the email is Web-based. Does
the Braille Note support that? If not, it can't be done. Take care.

Hi Sam,

If any ISP requires software as AOL or MSN, it cannot be used with a BN at
the present time. The BN only works with its own proprietary
software. She needs a client which doesn't require extra software to
utilize.
