Albert, I couldn't agree more.  I can't imagine living life these days without 
my BN.  It's great to know there are people out there that care about our 
equipment.  Whenever I call Tech Support, I get the greatest people.  I would 
like to express appreciation to Andrew who is in Tech Support.  I've talked to 
him several times, and have gotten nothing but professional service.  Thanks to
