That was my point exactly. There are wonderful features with every company. Freedom Scientific can give you equipment if you keep up your agreement. At this time, Pulsedata cannot do that. I see much good in both systems. If you don't like a company, simply don't patronize them. I was surprised to see one comment on here by a young woman who passed the training classes recently sponsored. She is also on the Pacmate List. I guess my suggestion is, if you don't like a product, simply don't use it. I've had great technical support from both places.
