Hi, Jim. I'd like to see a comparison myself between the two. Particularly,
if any one has access to both, my questions are:
1. Does the pk download mail faster than the bn and can it download more
without slowing?
2. How long does it take the pk to open a large book like the bible as
compared to the bn?
How long for a small novel between the two?
3. Does the pk delete mail faster and empty the trash faster?

Hi Paul,
I really don't know for myself since I don't have a PK. I'm looking into
the possibility though! Maybe there is someone on the list who has used
both the BN and PK with the latest upgrades and we could get a more
difinitive observation on this.

hi, Jim. I wonder how the pk works with downloading email? How is the
download speed and does it slow down as you approach the 400 message mark?
I think I will try to get my hands on a pk at the ACB show this summer.
I'd like to see if I can get used to brailing on it, etc.

Hi Paul,
The BN is very sluggish when one has that much mail in the in box. I
think the BN works best with about 200 messages in it. Perhaps 300
isn't bad. I had around 500 in mine and was able to act on them quite
nicely! I'm still catching up after being on the road but almost to the
tail end of things. I will download new mail once I finish all I
received on the road. My thoughts for what they are worth! Thanks for the tip.

messages to the trash. Lastly, empty the trash. I think that that is
neat that she got 800 messages in the inbox.
