Hello Tina,
Couldn't find a modem card locally at any of our retail stores, so finally 
found it on the web.  I'll look back to find the company where I purchased it 
if you need that info  One of the things to know about using PK with dial-up is 
that it doesn't give much information when connecting to your service.  One 
just has to be patient and you will suddenly be receiving e-mails.  .
