Hi Stacy,

I have done this and have told my wife to do much the same thing and that usually takes care of problems as a rule. Unfortunately, when one gets that lump in the memory so to speak where only so many Emails can come down, something more drastic had to be done. I think we solved the problem thanks to Rhonda's help by deleting the .ksd file and creating a brand new Email folders database. Time will tell if and how this was solved so I'll probably have more to say later.

Have you tried a regular reset with no keys held down? Maybe if she did that before checking mail it would help. I've gotten a message that says not enough memory to perform this command or something like that. A regular reset usually fixes this problem.
