Hello Jonathan,
I understand that you are trying to help us understand why it is taking so
long.
but what I don't understand, is why Humanware can't just package all of the
upgrades and call ups and have them pick the whole amount and have them
delivered.  It is just taking way to long for us as users to recieve this
and there is very little information being given.
