I got to sere one of those tihngs years ago--back in 1994 in fact. I was never so frustrated with a piece of equipment. one hour with it was enough to convince me it wasn't worth the hassle of learning it, and I wouldn't recomend it, even for kids. It is so huge and onceyou get past the Braille keys, it can be very frustrating. Also, I didn't like the fact that you couldn't see the Braille until it printed out one line at a time--at least, that's how it was set up. On the other hand, it was the one piece of equipment I managed not to break while at the Center.
