List: I will say that PDF files are one of my least favorite to read. I have had reasonable success though using kurzweil, & I believe open book as well, will translate pdf files. They can then be saved in a format readable on the BN, KES or MS Word, etc. Obviously you need to have one of the OCR programs I mentioned, as well as a PC, but that seems to be the best way I have found to translate PDF documents.
