Hi, I have been able to go into keyword to open it but this is where I have the problem because I have asked it to open it and all I'm getting is beeps. they are constant, I'm pretty sure that they are the beeps that you are meant to get while you wait for a action to complete. But this has been going on for quite awhile now and I can't do anything with my voice note, even though it is doing these beeps it still goes to sleep. I have looked at the file on my computer and it isn't that big and I looked at another that I have been able to open up on the voice note in the past and according to my computer it is bigger then the document I am having problems with. I may have to just do my work on my computer but I was hoping to sit in comfort with my voice note to do the work.
Anyway I still need to know how to stop the voice note from what it is doing so I can delete the problem file and be able to use the machine again.
