Hello Jonathan, Thanks for your reply. I'm doing mail in this thing as we speak. If it PK has bugs, I don't think I've had it long enough to appreciate them yet. (grin) Actu'y, I've seen a couple of things that didn't quite work, at first, like the manual said, but I figured it was because I am still learning. When upgrades do become available, do I need to register or some such? You see, the machine wasn't sent directly to my home. I had to pick it up from a rehab agency. This is why I had all the times about upgrading. Also, is there a maintenance agreement I can purchase? Again, thanks.
