Yes. OI have an ambicom card, and I am not sure how I'm supposed to fit it in to the unit when I finaly get the upgrade. The *last* think I can afford to do is have my wireless card get corrputed because I put it in incorrectly. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Isaac Obie" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, April 24, 2005 1:31 AM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] How do you insert the flash card?

A flash card that only holds data has a ridge on the edge, and this ridge faces down, or toward the surface on which the BN/VN is sitting. A flash card that is used on a wireless network--or a WiFi card--has a ridge as well, but this ridge faces up, while the flat side faces down. The Wifi cards are also quite a bit larger than ones used to store files. > > I like to keep my WiFi card in an adapter in the side slot so I can still close the case. > > HTH > > Sarah > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > >From: Telsa <[EMAIL PROTECTED] > > >To: Braillenote List <[email protected] > > >Date: Sun, 24 Apr 2005 06:16:34 +0100 > > >Subject: Re: [Braillenote] How do you insert the flash card? > > > > > I think there is slight misunderstanding here. The flash card which goes at the back of the unit has the flat side on the top facing you and the ridge side underneath nearest the desk or table.
