I used to be a Spanish major and don't have one either. If you're lucky enough to get a Braille textbook, there will be a glossary in the back. But it can't replace a dictionary. Online dictionaries are fine to start, but if you continue, I'd recommend an electronic translator. Not the greatest either, but it will have to do, as there seem to be no Braile dictionaries.
