Hi Laura and Others;
Outside of my address book, I want to make a staff listing for reference, a
famile listing, a birthday and maybe a doctor listing. I may combine some
but I surely want to keep staff sepporate. I was thinking of using word
processor since most of my material is just for reference. What do you
think?

Hello everyone,

Sorry if this has already been suggested, but what about just creating an
address book for entire group you would like to be sending the messages too?
That is what I did and now when I want to send a group message, I send a
message to myself, and put everyone else in the bcc field. I simply hit the
letter (a), then enter, then (b), etc. Just an idea.

>bravo Maria!! Very good idea.

>The only thing I must caution, though, is that the bn has a number of email
addresses it can process in the bcc, cc, and "also send to" fields. But, of
course I can't remember the numbers. If I'm not mistaken, when you select
records from the address list they are all tacked into the same field,
instead of being dispersed among the various "copy" fields, so this may
(probably will) cause the user some trouble if the number is great enough.

>>Well, here's the closest solution I could come up with. On all the
records you want to be part of a group, make a common field, such as putting
in the same title for each "Title" field of the records in your group.
Then, when writing an e-mail, at the "Send To?" prompt, press [BACKSPACE
with L], [CONTROL with L] to look up records in KeyList. At the "Selection
List for Address List" prompt, scroll down to the field in which you've
written the common info for all in the group, and type in the appropriate
info, then press ENTER to accept. You'll be told how many records were
selected and asked if you wish to send to all selected records; you can
answer yes, or answer no, and then browse through the records with the
standard Move by Paragraph commands, pressing ENTER to select the records
you wish. If you answered yes to send to all records which matched the look
up, you'll be returned to the e-mail headers when all the names and e-mail
addresses of the group have been en

answered no, you have to exit the look up by pressing [SPACE with E],
[ESCAPE] after you've finished selecting, and you will then be returned to
the headers to continue writing the e-mail.
