The setting you are referring to is called "compatibility mode". I think it's located in the utilities menu. I just spent way longer than I should have looking around for it, only to remember that of course I won't be able to find it, since I have a BrailleNote QT and don't need a compatibility mode. Hope I don't have to do anything too complicated for the rest of the night!--Grin!
