Hello Everyone,
I was reading a message from Diane, see the original message below. Well, I've learned from the Max Office dealer, they told me that if the Canon Bubble Jet Portable Printer is printing too much can causing the outside bottom of the certain holder becomes a dirty on it. Because the ink from the ink cartridge still smallest dropped while the machine is positiong for pr3nting on papers. When it becomes a dirty, it will makes the printing looks like "black mark line" is appearing in somewhere on this paper. How they knoww our printer had a dirty? Simple, first they removed the ink cartridge from the top of the certain holder, then removed the certain holder from the inside of the machine's positioning. They then used their finger to touch on the outside bottom of the certain holder to see if there is black on their finger, they know that mean is "dirty". So they recommended that it needs to be using the warm warm and little soap on the outside bottom of the certain holder to avoid dirty on it. I do understand so obviously that is what they explained me everything about that. Do you Diane or anyone understand what I mean about this?
