HI Brenda, Voicenote is also my only unit here as well, and I usually download between 100 and 200 messages a day. When I was running Keysoft 5.01 I would hang up immediately if certain emails would not download for me, and I always managed to grab the offending message the next time I went to download messages. However, I haven't experienced any problems with this using Keysoft version 6.11. Cheers, David
