Brenda, did you download all 1500? I agree with you. If you have the disk space, it shouldn't matter. I don't know where the guy in tech support came up with the rule to download 50 at a time. In the end, you are still going to have 300 email in the database. Why should it matter whether you download them all at once or in chunks? With 6.1, you can specify that your flash card is used for email; so memory or disk space isn't a problem any more.
