To hopefully clear this up, Both the BrailleNote PK User's Guide and the

audio tutorial are on the pulsedata web site. The User's Guide is
available 
in both text and pdf format. The tutorial is in mp3 format. If you go to

the pulsedata home page and choose software downloads then manuals you
will 
see links for the pk manual. Again, these are all definitely there as I 
have downloaded all of them.

I am expecting to get my PK this afternoon. This is exciting!
