Dan, What I would do is:
1. Press u from the main menu to enter the utilities menu. 2. On the PC in the Activesync window, go to the file menu and enter on "get connected." 3. Tab to the next button and press enter. 4. on the BrailleNote, quickly press c to connect to Activesync and after a short delay, you should have success.
