Dear Rhonda, You're probably right. I was only telmentioning the serial number is in braille on the bottom of the BN for those who may have taken it out of its case. I think it's commendable PDI has put a braille label on the bottom. I know another company who sells blindness products told me it was too expensive and time-consuming to put a braille label on their products.
