Hi all,

As a matter of fact, we have done some further investigation into this issue
and so far, we suspect we know what the issue is. We just don't know as yet
what the cause is.

the existence of the issue as we think it is, will be confirmed on Monday
and our developers will be able to work on it if what we suspect, is
actually reality.

Sorry if this message sounds a little cryptic but I can't obviously comment
on something we still don't have a lot of information for.
