I feel that the units should come from the factory already calibrated. the whole process has been very tedious and I feel it has been some what confusing. We have calibrated the thing each of the ways mentioned, and thank goodness it is finished. I hope when the battery is forever lost after 18 months, it won't be a long process to replace it. We did purchase all the warranties.

I would also like to suggest that in addition to the address data base being in the unit, could one be added for banking and credit cards? I did read the manual as to how to make one, but I am afraid of making a mistake; I am not sure I understand it.

Thanks

Renee

Hi Sherry, you won't need to pay for two upgrades because 6.11 is free for
all 6.1 customers. Also, 6.11 is the current shipping release, so the card
you get in the mail will only have 6.11 on it, and you'll only need to go
through one upgrade.

On the same topic, my rehab counselor has decided to get the upgrade for
me, because of the improved internet and all that. Currently, I have
version 5.1 build 22. Will they have to buy two upgrades to get 6.11? Will
I get 6.1 and still have to download 6.11? I haven't paid attention to the
messages about it all, because I didn't think I'd be able to get the
upgrades for a long time.

the earlier snafu. Will some person who was more discerning please repost
them so I have the necessary download info? As always, mega thanks in
