When I could use the BN, I probably had eight volumes in Flash.

Each volume is around 200 pages in length (a very large file.) I have always read my books off the cf card, and have never had any trouble. I try to remember that I have things in the KeyWord, KeyPlan, and KeyMail folders that will have an impact on the way the BN performs, so I keep all my books on the cf cards to avoid trouble. Maybe I'm wrong, but it makes sense to me. > > HTH > > Diane Garrett/Leader Daisy > Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Phone: (918) 664-5731 > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > >From: "Van Der Walt Riana" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] > >To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected] > >Date: Wed, 2 Mar 2005 09:38:23 +0200 > >Subject: RE: [Braillenote] unexplained reading crash > > >Dear Donna, I read many books with my vn, both in brf and txt format, > >although I do not specifically have access to the web Braille site. > >I've never had a reading crash using the book reader, but I have noticed > >that speech stops fairly often, when one reads continuously using the > >word processor.
