The PK is $4995 not including wireless card or keyboard and a brand new BN
QT is acouple of hundred dollars over $6000 at Humanwares site. But I have
seen the PK for a hundred dollars less on other sites.

Thank you Ronda for sending that information to me.
I really would like a Pk...does it have the book reader too? Could I put
the French option on it too? I just need to compare the total price of
the PK to a brand-new 32 cell BN...hmmm...

Hi, Katie:
Are you going to be printing any documents? If so, you wouldn't want to
use a pk, because it won't do that. If you like portability, the pk is
much smaller, and as you said, can do wireless connections effortlessly.
It has Blue Tooth, so if you're sitting in a college class, someone could
type you information with a Blue Tooth Keyboard, and you could read
what's written. Since I have your address, I'll send you the pk
information that is on the internet.

Subject: [Braillenote] BrailleNote VS. PK
I just spoke to my state's rehab couneslor, and she informed me she may
buy me a new BrailleNote, VS. spending about $3000 to get mine upgraded.
However, I am interested in having her explore the PK at this time as
well, if we're looking into getting something new.
I am wondering if their is anything note worthy I could mention to
compare the two products. I'm going to write her an email mentioning the
PK, and I'd like to compare it to the BN personally, as well as for her,
to see as to which one may be purchased.
Here's my situation. I am currently a college student. I am fortunate
in that my campus does have a large wireless internet connectivity range.
Virtually every building on campus has wireless on one floor or another
of it.
So, here's basically what I'm interested in knowing:
Being that I am in college, would one suggest I look more into the BN or
a PK, and why/why not?
I'm sorry this is so long, but I do want to provide her with information
(even pricing if possible) as to what do consider as to my wants/needs
too.
Thank you very much!
Katie
