I just hope I get my update son. Seems like LuAnn and I are missing out on a
lot by not having it.

Don, doesn't this internet explorer stuff make you grin? Diane Kelker and
I did this the other day with Book Share. We counted: 102 times of the
internet explorer message before getting in.

If I'm understanding you correctly, when you press the button to start a
search on google for example you hear the bn say "click".
If this is the case there is an internet explorer dialog box opening up
and if you press the forward thumb key you should see it. You are warned
that you are
about to send information over the internet and asked if you wish to
continue. Stupid I know, but nobody ever said the explorer messages were
briliant.
There is a box you can check to hopefully never see that message again,
but it doesn't always seem to work. After that, there is a yes button
followed by a
no button asking whether you want to continue. You press space to get to
these buttons and you undoubtedly want the yes button, so when you get to
that just press enter.
You may get this internet explorer message more than once, but just keep
pressing the yes button each time you do and it should eventually go away
and
you will be able to bet on with your search.
I just went to google.com and was able to do a search once I finally got
past that internet warning I just mentioned. I had to try a few times
before I got past
it though.
I hope this answers your question.

Braillenote,
A bit of background, should you be interested. Our son Sami, 7 and in 2nd
grade, has the good fortune to attend a school here in the US that can
afford to buy him a Braillenote BT. This is an impressive device, a
substantial improvement in all sorts of ways over his Braille n'Speak.
He's
able use it to do his work in class, take tests, and do homework with it,
basically all in KeyWord.
We're going to buy him the French MultiLingual module because he's an
excellent French speaker, his mother is French, and it would certainly be
nice to get him reading and writing in French as well.
We also want to use KeyWeb, and that's the problem. The setup:
BrailleNote
BT with KeySoft 6.1, connected to our home's router using the Socket
Ethernet card and an RJ45 cable. We are able to open and read any page
without a problem, the problem comes when we want enter text into a text
input form like those at Yahoo and Google. We enter text, doesn't matter
what it is, hit Enter and we hear the voice say something like "Cli" or
"Click" and that's it, no further response from KeyWeb. Any thoughts?
