Hi Isaac,
If you have the old board without the CF slot at the back of the
BrailleNote, chances are that you won't have KeyWeb support as your error
message would seem to indicate.
In order for the browser to work, your BrailleNote would need to be returned
to us for upgrading.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Dean,
How does one know whether or not they have thr rom support to do this? My
braillenote says internet on the menu, but when I press it it says "failed
to run?"
Does that tell you anything? Thanks
Isaac

Hello list,
Rhonda, a slight correction here!
KeySoft 4.02 will provide internet functionality to those who have the
ROM
build of KeySoft to support it.
