Hi. I also wonder if he had a document open when he did this and if this
could be the problem. I thought he said he was working on a document at the
time.

Just my 2 cents but I suspect when Doug put the jack from the headphone in
the reset button, the plug might have shorted out but not sure. When I do a
reset, I just use my finger nail.
