Jim, check your card. It may be the 6.11 version. I got what I thought
was another 6.1 upgrade, and was planning on calling them the next
day; but when I looked, I discovered it was 6.11, so I just kept it.

Hello!
I had something very unusual happen today. UPS came to the door which was
a big surprise and I got a big envelope from Humanware. It was another
6.1 upgrade card. Maybe it was the one I should have received in the
first place, I really don't know. Perhaps another envelope with a card
may show up for my wife's unit. I called the 800 number and spoke with
customer support. She insisted I call the Tech Support number. When she
finally understood what I said, she said she was going to send a return
envelope to me so the card could be returned back to them. She then said
all envelopes usually came from New Zealand, they didn't open them
there. Just thought I'd pass that on for what it is worth! I'm more or
less replying to Rose Comb's message even though I changed the subject
line. I think she has her upgrade now though but she has been waiting a
long time.
