Hi Sarah, When you are talking about over 1200 upgrades, and several countries to deal with, it makes sense for PDI to deal with their various distributors. I really don't understand why so many are so impatient? Best Regards,

Couldn't you in New Zealand have asked from each country distributing for a list of the people with their addresses who had either paid for or had enough SMA counts for 6.1? Not only would this mean the customer would get the package quicker (and I think hopefully in the future, Pulsedata/Humanware will try and get more upgrades per year than just one or two!) and it must cost the customer more money ie if it costs sixty New Zealand Dollars to send out each package to each distributor, it followis tha"t each distributor would have to spend another sixty New Zealand Dollars to send the package to their customers? This money is passed on to the customer. I want my package asap, not in a month's time as you suggest it may take. I have paid 480 New Zealand Dollars for my upgrade although this hasn't been debited from my credit card yet. I employ you to email Pulsedata Europe for my address and ask them at the same time to debit the 160 Engli;h pounds from my credit card of which they have the details. It's time your company were efficient and stopped introducing red tape and delaying tactics. If this email doesn't make the list, I will write to eaafh list member individuakly when they write to the list, showing them what I've written. I say this because I've had my criticisms of your company not reach the list - are you afraid of criticism?
