Hi Jane, the issue here is that we will hold on until we are in a position to ship KeySoft 6.11. this is because we can't predict which customers will experience the email issues and which ones will not. While the email issues are only affecting a small number of our current 6.1 customers, it wouldn't be appropriate to compound the problem for anyone. The good news is that the Development team have completed the first alpha of 6.11 and believe they have resolved the issues.
