I changed the semicolon to a comma and put in the 2,5,6 for the dollar sign. Then I thought of the space g and itt works finally! There is some grade 2 in my line. What is the option for the grade. Hope neither of us changed it to 1 by accident. Bye for so I can log some more orders and see if they work.

I duplicated your file, as best I knew and had to use space with dot 5 to move a word at a time. Don't know why that is happening. With regard to your files, I believe your braillenote is set for Braille grade 2 files. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Powers, Terry (NIH/NCI) Sent: Thursday, October 14, 2004 1:20 PM To: 'Braillenote List' Subject: RE: [Braillenote] strange goings-on with my BrailleNote Hi ronda; I do not know what kind of file it is. I called it nut sales. It opened with no trouble. For the semicolon I am using dots 2,3. For the dollar sign I first used the lower case d. Then I tried dot 4s, now I am using 4,6s. I am not sure if the 4,6 is right, but I think it is, because the space4 will not read past the semicolon. Is it a text file, or what type? If you are using computer braille, your dollar sign is 1-2-4-6. Your semicolon is a 5-6. If you use dots 2-3, it's a nukber two. > ----- Original Message ----- >From: "Powers, Terry (NIH/NCI)" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: "'Braillenote List'" <[email protected] >Date: Thu, 14 Oct 2004 11:39:55 -0400 >Subject: RE: [Braillenote] strange goings-on with my BrailleNote >Hi everyone; >I am having a few strange happenings to.
