I'm a new user, and I like to use the information feature. The problem is
that I often forget what I need to choose and have to refer back to the
manual. I think it should be in the context-sensitive help, at least.

Dean,

I'm a power user of the Voice Note and use Support Information Mode all the
time because it gives me information about my unit. Maybe new users may not
need to use this mode, but advanced users might.

Hello Diane,

The reason that this menu has not been fully documented, is that it was
never intended for everyday use by the end user, but rather, only used when
the user is obtaining support from Humanware.

Nothing will be done in the next release of KeySoft with the support menu or
the associated documentation. However, I will discuss the existing status
quo of this menu with the rest of the team since you have raised this point.

Thank you for your contribution to the list.

be made feasible? It's rather time consuming to have to look up all the
letters and their meanings before you go in to the Support Information Mode
rather than just be able to space through the list and hit Enter on the
option we want to use. Can this be in the next release of Keysoft?

Support Information Mode to get a list of the options available? I was quite
disappointed when I discovered you couldn't use it the first time I went in
there to do my first recalibration using the speech.
