Hello Jim,

Presuming at your wife is still using KeySoft 5.1 or earlier, what you
should do is keep the 6.11 file on the compactflash card.

In the CDEBconv folder, there will be a subfolder called old CDBs. Delete
all the files in this folder but not the folder itself. From there, follow
the original upgrade instructions for KeySoft 6.1, I.e, install the upgrade
key for your wife's BrailleNote and reset or run pdiboot.exe on the CF card.
Anyway, if you've done this before, I'm sure you'll have it all under your
hat from here.

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me.

the 6.11 upgrade into my BN BT 32. So far very very good! I still need to
upgrade my wife's unit. I was thinking I could run the standard 6.1 upgrade
card to get her that far! My upgrade card still has the 6.11 upgrade file on
it as it was obtained from my pc unless the upgrade changed things in it. I
was wondering if this isn't the case whether I could copy the 6.11 upgrade
file onto my wife's card after deleting the specified file, then upgrade
what would be her 6.1 upgrade to the 6.11 upgrade? I would be using
Pulsedata cards as you specified in your post.

I'm about to accomplish but want to be certain I can do what I'm thinking.
If I can, I shouldn't need further outside help!
