Hello Ian, I personally have no knowledge as to how accessible Skype is with Hal.
Unfortunately I don't have a copy of Hal here to try it. Perhaps you could download it and try it for yourself. If there are any problems, try contacting dolphin or posting your query to some of the adaptive technology lists that are around.
