'Better Than Marie's' Cornbread
2 Cup Buttermilk Baking Mix, (like Bisquick) 2 Eggs 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Yellow cornmeal 1/2 Cup Margarine, melted 3/4 Cup Sugar Combine baking mix, cornmeal and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs and milk. Beat until well blended. Carefully stir in melted margarine (it may splatter). Pour into greased 9 in. square pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until done.
