Wheat Dinner Roll Dough
(Bread Machine Recipe)

12 rolls
3/4 c Water (80'F)
1 TBL Oil
2 TBL Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 TBL dry Milk
1 1/4 c Bread Flour
1 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

18 rolls
1 1/2 c Water (80'F)
Wheat Dinner Roll Dough TBL Oil
1/4 c Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 TBL dry Milk
2 1/2 c Bread Flour
2 c Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Program: Dough

1. (After dough cycle is complete:) Place on a lightly floured surface. Divide 
into pieces and shape.

2. Place on greased baking sheet (or in greased muffin cups.) Cover and let 
rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until double in size.

3. Bake in 350'F preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until done.

Note: I substituted milk in place of the water and dry milk for the amount of 
water called for.
