     1/2      teaspoon  salt
  1 1/2            cup  whole wheat flour
  1                cup  bread flour
     1/4           cup  gluten (don't leave this out - it really
                        does make a light loaf)
  1 3/4      teaspoons  active dry yeast

Makes 1 1/2 lb. loaf


Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given
